i think that it will be mathieu who will give mario trouble unless henman dismisses him earlier.

I think that Monfils played some good matches lately, he could be a danger already in the second round,although mario defeated him easily in wimbledon

American stars Andy Roddick, Andre Agassi, Venus and Serena Williams and Lindsay Davenport are all listed among the pre-tournament favorites, but competition will be tough as they try to keep the crown on US soil. On the men's side, defending champion Roger Federer is an overwhelming favorite at 1-2 odds. I am very worried about Marat... I really hope he won't risk too much with his knee...
 I dunno what to say about Mario... he's too discontinuous.... an Italian commentator said that he doesn't look "bad" enough... he should be more motivated and focused... I really don't know what to think of his possibilities in NY... --------------------  |

Its probably cause a lot of british people are betting on murray and non on mario. What happens is that more people bet, the better the odds becomes. Its not constant...so if a 100 people were to bet on gilles muller, his odds will go up. Because in the off chance that he does win, they don't want to go bankrupt.
