Mario's in Toronto clap.gif

However, he has a pretty tough draw. He might face Novak Djokovic in the 2nd Round.

GOOD LUCK, Mario arms.gif

Mario withdrew from Cincinnati because of illness. He was sick with high fever two week before he went to Toronto. After he lost to Dancevic he didn't feel well, he was sleeping 11 hrs by day, he felt tired all the time. When they went to USA the Mario's health didn't change. They suspect Mario had Mono again crybaby.gif

Take care MARIO, we will need you healthy arms.gif

Javno's article

Ten days ahead of the Olympic Games start, Croatian tennis player Mario Ancic got ill. Mario had high temperature and exhaustion and had to leave the ATP Masters Series in Cincinnait.

After a doctor visited him, he said he that Ancic may be affected by mononucleosis, which should keep him away from the tennis court for a few months. Ancic took tests and now is waiting for the results which should be ready in two days.

- The doctors said it might be mononucleosis. I do not know if I can get it more than once, but I know that my conditions are not getting any better. I called the doctor because I was worried. I feel very band, and it has been two weeks since I first started having high temperature and vomiting in Split – said Ancic.

Mario should have played the first round in Cincinnati against Argentinean Jose Acasus, and he was replaced by Chilean Capdeville, who was defeated by Acasus by 5:7, 6:2, 6:2.

He needs a good sports nutrition supplement regimen with lots of protein, a good multi, antioxidants and other essential nutrients to boost his weakened immune system. I don't know how come an athlete of this level doesn't have the guidance of an expert nutritionist. Same with Federer. They tax their body immensely with the demanding schedule and practices and it's bound to catch up at one point.

A very concerned fan and personal friend from Montreal, Canada.
